*MTI is offering full time U.S. Coast Guard Approved Maritime Training now on SAIPAN, TINIAN, ROTA & GUAM. In Guam at the Guam Contractors Association (GCCA) Trades Academy in Barrigada. MTI's classroom & marine training courses are all NMC/USCG approved and audited twice a year to make sure we are offering only the best services.
