MTI has been instrumental in the development and successful implementation of the new Public School System Vocational Education Course “Seamanship”. This course is being offered at Kagman High School and Rota High School through each school’s Distance Learning Laboratory via video teleconferencing technology.
MTI has provided funding assistance for the procurement of classroom materials to enhance student performance and success in Seamanship.
MTI has been a proactive participant in the Public School System Cooperative Education and Training program showcasing six month internship programs available in the local maritime industry.
